I absolutely love meditation and see the value in it, yet I STILL have not made it a part of my daily schedule! I might do it for 3 or 4 days a week, but not everyday.
Sooo, I’m starting a challenge because we can all use an accountability partner sometimes, amiright?
I’ve chosen some of my favorite guided meditations found on the app, Insight Timer. Download it (it’s free) and follow along! Use the search bar to find these specific meditations or pick out a different one that interests you.
If you have been thinking of jumping on the meditation bandwagon, but haven’t yet or maybe you would like to be more consistent with your practice, let’s do it together. It’s just a 7 day commitment and these range from only 10-20 min. Devote that time to your health & wellness and make it a priority. It’s always time well spent.

I’ve found choosing guided meditations to be really personal, so if I can’t handle the person’s voice, it’s a hard no. Hope some (or all) of these resonate with you.
